- Cancellation 21 days before check-in: Full refund.
- Cancellation 21–11 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 11 days before check-in: No refund.
- A 5% cancellation/processing fee applies to refunds.
- Certain peak dates, including Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas/New Year and Republic Day periods, are non-cancellable.
- In certain extreme last-minute circumstances, an 85% refund may be provided if the villa receives another booking for the same dates
